Breathe Easy Tonic is formulated to clear blocked airways, as experienced in colds, flu, sinusitis, bronchitis, asthma, hay fever, productive cough and respiratory tract infections.
Elecampane, Thyme and Hoheria are expectorant herbs. Expectorants help to improve clearing of excess mucous from the lungs by either reducing the viscosity of mucous or improving the cough reflex. Elecampane may reduce spasms in the lungs, while Hoheria is anti-inflammatory reducing inflammation in the respiratory tract, thereby, assisting bronchitis and asthma. Elder flower has anti-catarrhal properties which aids in reducing the formation of phlegm.

Directions: Shake bottle and take 5ml (1 teaspoon) 3 times daily with food. Dilute in water or juice if desired. Store in a cool, dark place. Take until bottle completed.
