Blueberry & PB… it’s a CLASSIC!
Paleo, plus dairy, egg, soy, gluten, wheat and refined sugar free, optional vegan
Serves 1 (hungry girl!)
Ingredients:
- 100g frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen banana (peel before freezing)
- 1 tablespoon smooth PB (peanut butter)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 serve collagen powder – omit if vegan
- Sprinkle of cinnamon powder
- Coconut milk (I use just enough to blend)
- Optional – protein powder but I ran out!
Method:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender
- Top with a couple of frozen blueberries and serve, enjoy!
