Choc Mint Bliss Balls

Healthy After-Dinner Mint Bliss balls are your natural alternative when you crave that breath-freshening sweetness at night

Paleo, vegan, dairy, egg, soy, gluten, wheat and refined sugar free


  • 10 pitted dates or prunes (dates are sweeter but prunes are higher in fibre)
  • 1 cup + 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 10 drops food-grade peppermint oil
  • Desiccated coconut for rolling
  • 1 teaspoon Medicinal Mushrooms (optional)


  1. Blitz all ingredients except the second measurement of walnuts, in a food processor
  2. Add the 1/2 cup of walnuts at the end and pulse a few times, to keep it chunky
  3. Form into bite-sized balls and roll in desiccated coconut.  Store in the fridge
