Egg, soy, gluten, wheat and refined sugar free (depending on granola), optional vegan and Paleo
Ingredients:
- Paleo granola (or any healthy granola of your choice)
- 1 pottle unsweetened Greek yoghurt (coconut yoghurt if vegan or Paleo)
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/2 punnet fresh blueberries
- Coconut nice-cream (natural or vanilla flavoured)
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Sprinkle of desiccated coconut
Method:
- Start with granola in a bowl, add yoghurt, almond butter, blueberries, nice-cream, cinnamon and coconut, in that order
