#treatyoself every once in a while, Friday is a good day to do that

Egg, soy, gluten, wheat and refined sugar free (depending on granola), optional vegan and Paleo

Ingredients:

  • Paleo granola (or any healthy granola of your choice)
  • 1 pottle unsweetened Greek yoghurt (coconut yoghurt if vegan or Paleo)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 punnet fresh blueberries
  • Coconut nice-cream (natural or vanilla flavoured)
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • Sprinkle of desiccated coconut

Method:

  1. Start with granola in a bowl, add yoghurt, almond butter, blueberries, nice-cream, cinnamon and coconut, in that order
