Paleo, vegan, dairy, egg and soy free (depending on protein powder) ~ all gluten, wheat and refined sugar free
Ingredients:
- 1 cup vanilla flavoured protein powder
- 1 cup almond meal (or grind your own in a blender or food processor)
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup hulled tahini
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup/honey
- Desiccated coconut for rolling
Method:
- Mix ingredients in a food processor until combined
- Roll in desiccated coconut
- Store refridgerated
