My favourite season is Smoothie Bowl Season!
Vegan, Paleo, plus dairy, egg, soy, gluten, wheat and refined sugar free
Ingredients (serves 1):
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- Just enough coconut milk to combine
- 1 serve vanilla or plain protein powder
- Desiccated coconut or coconut chips to garnish
Method:
- Blend everything except coconut for the topping
- Sprinkle with coconut and serve
