Paleo, plus dairy, egg, soy, gluten, wheat and refined sugar free, optional vegan
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 250g (half a packet) frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 2 serves collagen powder (could use protein powder instead or additional)
- Just enough almond/coconut milk to serve
- Desiccated coconut and fresh blueberries to serve
Method:
- Blend frozen berries, almond butter, collagen/protein powder and milk
- Serve in a pretty bowl like a coconut bowl
- Sprinkle on the remaining ingredients
