You’re missing out if you haven’t tried this NUTRITIOUS & DELICIOUS breakfast combo!
Paleo, vegan and dairy free (use coconut or almond yoghurt instead of Greek), plus egg, soy, gluten and wheat free (depending on granola)
Ingredients:
- Fresh fruit salad
- A few tablespoons granola (I use Paleo, grain-free with lots of nuts and seeds)
- Pottle of unsweetened Greek yoghurt (coconut or almond yoghurt if you’re dairy free or vegan)
- Tablespoon of peanut butter
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Top with desiccated coconut
Method:
- Put fruit salad in a bowl. Top with granola, yoghurt, peanut butter, cinnamon, and then coconut. Easy!
