Sunny days call for a Tropical Smoothie Bowl!
Paleo, plus dairy, egg, soy, gluten, wheat and refined sugar free, optional vegan
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 500g frozen mango
- 1 frozen banana (peeled)
- Handful of fresh pineapple
- 1-2 serves protein powder (plain or vanilla)
- 2 serves collagen powder (plain or vanilla) – omit if vegan
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil (coconut butter would work too)
- Just enough coconut milk to blend
- Top with a sprinkle of desiccated coconut and cashews
Method:
- Blend all of the ingredients in a blender, except desiccated coconut and cashews
- Serve in pretty bowls like coconut bowls
- Decorate with the remaining ingredients
