A classic with the added benefits of protein!
Vegan, Paleo, plus dairy, egg, soy, gluten, wheat and refined sugar free
Ingredients (serves 1):
- 1 serve (2 scoops) Strawberry (or vanilla/plain) protein powder
- 1 frozen banana (peel before freezing)
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 sachet frozen acai pulp or 1 tablespoon acai powder
- Just enough coconut milk to blend
- Desiccated coconut and chia seeds to serve
Method:
- Blend everything except the coconut and chia seeds
- Serve in a bowl and decorate with the other ingredients on top. Add fresh berries and sliced banana if desired
